Seurahovi’s facilities are ideal for product or book launches, cocktail parties, exhibitions, banquets, meetings, training courses, educational events, product presentations, weddings, birthday parties and Christmas parties.
Seurahovi has meeting rooms you can book for parties, special celebrations or just meeting good friends. All meeting rooms are licensed for the sale of alcohol, and we can provide buffets, à la carte meals or banquets.

Tori Meeting Room
The atmospheric Tori meeting room is adjacent to the restaurant, with which it can be combined to form a single room. Its windows look out over the market square.

Seura Meeting Room
Seurahovi’s largest meeting room is the Seura meeting room. Its space can be organized in many different ways, so the special requirements of each event are taken into account to provide the right atmosphere and facilities.

- U-shaped table: 20-40 people
- Three long tables: 50 people
- Theatre seating (seats only): up to 70 people

Puisto Meeting Room
The peaceful Puisto meeting room overlooks Porvoo’s Kaupunginpuisto park. This popular multifunctional meeting room can easily be adapted for different events.

Breakfast Room
The breakfast room as its name implies serves the day’s most important meal for our hotel guests – breakfast.
At other times, the breakfast room is superb for meetings and evening events.
There is direct access from the breakfast room to Walter’s pub.

Saunas
Seurahovi has two saunas. Although not suitable as meeting rooms, during the day the associated rooms for users of each sauna are ideal for workshops and teamwork. They have plenty of space for teamwork by two teams of about ten people each trying to solve tasks.
Afterwards, the saunas can serve their usual purpose!
Sauna suite
You can hold a meeting for a small group of people in the hotel’s suite, and follow it by relaxing with an evening of sauna and enjoying the hotel’s cuisine.
The suite is suitable for meetings of up to six people.
